Claranet buys Star for €68.5M
Claranet has acquir STH Limit and buys Star its subsidiary StarTechnologyServices in a transaction valu at €68.5m. The business entity of both companies will be maintain and both will be wholly own by Claranet Limit.

Following the integration of Star
